Dēśabhagatī dā ika hōra phā'idā iha hai ki iha nāgarika rujhēvi'āṁ atē samājika zimēvārī nū utaśāhita kara sakadā hai. Jadōṁ lōka āpaṇē dēśa'tē māṇa karadē hana, tāṁ uha lōkatatarī prakiri'ā vica hisā laiṇa atē sakārātamaka tabadīlī dī vakālata karana dī zi'ādā sabhāvanā rakhadē hana. Udāharana la'ī, dēśabhagata nāgarika vōṭa pā'uṇa, āpaṇē bhā'īcāri'āṁ vica savaisēvī, jāṁ uhanāṁ dē sāthī nāgarikāṁ nū lābha pahucā'uṇa vālī'āṁ nītī'āṁ dā samarathana karana dī zi'ādā sabhāvanā hō sakadē hana. Hālāṅki, bahuta zi'ādā dēśabhagatī vī anhī āgi'ākārī atē praśana adhikāra pratī jhijaka dā kārana baṇa sakadī hai, jō tarakī vica rukāvaṭa baṇa sakadī hai atē bē'inasāfī dā kārana baṇa sakadī hai.

Dēśabhagatī dē nakārātamaka pahilū'āṁ dā ika hala ika vadhērē samāvēśī atē viśava driśaṭīkōṇa nū utaśāhita karanā hai. Jithē kisē dē āpaṇē sabhi'ācāra atē itihāsa dī kadara karanā mahatavapūrana hai, uthē dūjī'āṁ kaumāṁ atē sabhi'ācārāṁ dī vibhinatā nū pachāṇanā atē satikāra karanā vī mahatavapūrana hai.
